ICICI Interview Procedure

Submitted by Arun

I have attended the 3i-infotech GD held at kochi on 8th may. I couldnt
clear the GD. For the GD, the group may consists of 10 or 11
candidates out of which 5 will be selected for the next level
interview. The topics asked for the GD were the following.

1) Highly Subsidized higher education- Does it make the students irresponsible.

2) Comment on children acting in films and advertisments...

3) Automation in a highly overpopulous country- Is it good or bad?

My friend who attended the interview said that the interview questions
were generally HR type. The questions asked to him were the following:

1) why do you want to apply to 3i-infotech?
2) what do you know about 3i-infotech?
3) why do you want to leave ur existing job?
4) will give you job in networking. will u you accept it?

He is working in the networking field of another company. So most
questions were about his present job etc. Freshers can expect a
different set of questions.

thank you
Arun M.
