That's really a challenging question. I guess I couldn't answer that immediately when I am in an interview. But its nice that it has been ask here already so we can be prepared if a question like that was ask to us.

My answer for the negative question would be, everything is this world changes every now and then. Negative traits are there but it can be eliminated through time. I would do my best to act on these negative traits and use them for me to have new positive abilities.

That might not be the best answer that could be given on the question but that's only a 1 man's opinion. So better post your good answers for that interesting question.

Well there's plenty you can use, here's one that many employers like to hear:

* I guess I can be a bit obsessive. I tend to really get involved in a problem or concept that I'm working on and can sometimes do more than is actually required. I certainly take pride in my work and so I strive for perfection which is not always realistic in a business world.

That's a good example quoted by Klorpet!
Here one more...
"I have high expectations from myself in whatever I do and tend to expect the same from others, which at times is challenging since each individual is unique and level of work/quality may vary "
