Hi guys..

Wondering if someone could help me am looking for sample answers to the following questions.. f someone could gve me examples of situations i would be grateful..


Using judgement:
1. Describe a time when you had to make a difficult or unpopular decision. What was the situation and how did you approach it? What was the outcome and what would you do differently next time?*

Communicating and Relating to Others:
2.Describe a time when you had to communicate a key message or explain an issue. How did you adapt your delivery style to meet the needs of your audience and how was the communication received?*

Leading and Developing Others:
3.Describe a situation when you had to communicate a key message or explain an issue. How did you adapt your delivery style to meet the needs of your audience and how was the communication received?

4. provide further evidence to support your application.

the responses need to be detailed but i dont know where to begin..
