Different Versions of JDK

In the interview I was asked if I had worked on different versions of JDK and what were the differences I had noticed.
Can you pl tell me the differences between different versions of JDK

There are many but few are in tiger version 1.5 the util package is been drastically changed (go through API), while generating an rmi application it does'nt create the skelloton class while in ver1.1 it does.
