Problems regarding IFrames in IE 5.00

Hi All
I m facing a problem with iframes in IE 5.00 which works fine in all other higher version's of IE

I got a calender menu which shows 'false' when i use IE 5.00 but in 7 it shows the calender menu
I m using Iframes in my code and initially it will be given as false


my sample code :-

document.write("<iframe id='CalendarControlIFrame' src='javascript:false;' frameBorder='0' scrolling='no'></iframe>");

document.write("<div id='CalendarControl'></div>");
