Want to Center

I have my application in JavaScript using also HTML and CSS in it. I have developed a pop window which I want to appear in the center of the screen. But how should I calculate users screen resolution. Because based on this calculation only I can center the window popped up. Someone hints provided on this concept would help me to proceed further
