Microsoft CRM Security Service hangs on start

ok breif backgroud...
Microsoft CRM Security Service starts okay if I manualy start it.

Microsoft CRM Security Service will not start up on boot.

I have a sql dependice already created. so thats not it.,...

I have been doing some diging and It seems that crm can not see the active
directory.

question how do I make "Microsoft CRM Security Service" load last in the
Server Services?. I believe that this will solve this problem

try setting the security service to start in debug mode using the -d switch
and see if it gives you additional information

this did not answer the question..
debug shows no errors...

I can solve this problem by making the CRM secruity services to start last,

any one know how to make this service start last?
