CRM menu is dim

Is the Microsoft Crm mailbox listsed in the all mail folders tab on your
outlook? If it is not the Crm toolbar will appear within outlook but you
cann't use it. You may try opening the pst for this box is located in %user
profile%/Application Data/MsCrm.pst.
