Problem with publishing changes (Deployment Manager)

Hi,
I've a problem with publishing changes using Deployment Manager.For a short
time I have problem with chosing an IIS web serwer on crm. I go through
Object publisher in Deployment Manager->All tasks-> Publish, sign objects and
when the window with Publish to web serwer appears, i click add and nothing
is doing - none serwer.
What should I do? Befeore everyting was ok, J didn't have any problem
