Reports missing from 3.0 UI

I have no reports showing up in my UI, if I go to the work place and click
reports it gives me an error the page cannot be displayed. None of the UI
shows
any reports. The Depolyment manager show that it is pointing to the correct
report Server. This is running SQL 2005. Should not there be reports
sections in Sales and Marketing? Did I miss a step in the install?
