V3.0 Sales Pipeline Report

In V3.0 CRM, the Sales Pipeline report found in the Opportunities area is not
reflecting the Sales Stages appropriately. I have used the existing Sales
Stage (salesstagecode) field for the Sales Stages. I have about 10 stages.
But when I go to the Sales Pipeline report, it is showing ALL my
opportunities in the Unspecified sales stage, when that is not true.

Any ideas? Is anyone else experiencing this?
Amy

Re: V3.0 Sales Pipeline Report

Hi Amy,
You might want to verify that the sales process is selected. Once you run
the report, the sales process may be selected in the Sales Pipeline report
by clicking on "Group By Sales Process" and selecting the Sales Process for
which you want to see the report and then click on "View Report". There are
various ways of pivoting the data in the Sales Pipeline report and by
default it does not select the Sales Process.

Re: V3.0 Sales Pipeline Report

Thank you for responding. I do not have a Sales Process in place. I am only
using the Sales Stage field. Is the report dependent on first selecting a
Sales Process Workflow? I guess I could do an export using the Dynamic
PivotTable option and create a chart from that, but it seems this report
should work the way I want it to work.
Thanks again!
Amy
