I followed the instructions in the readme file step by step but my

OK. I got the login script working properly however, now everytime I open
Outlook the CRM add-in is disabled and I am unable to enable it. I check
the box under Com Add-ins and then restart Outlook and the same thing
happens

Danielle,

Have you removed the CRM addin from the disabled items in outlook? Go to
Help, About Outlook, Disabled Items, and enable the CRM addin in here.
