CRM 3.0 Outlook Client / Search for Account Name

Question 1:
Is there any way to customize the view in Outlook to display the CRM account
name?

Question 2:
Is there any way to search for the CRM Account name from Outlook? This
feature appears to be removed from the Outlook client when I upgraded to 3.0.
