How Long Can Release 1.2 Still Be Purchased?

Hi,

I know that support for 1.2 ends at the end of October, 2006.

But does anyone know when purchases and sale (and the capability of getting
registration keys) of release 1.2 ends?

We work with a 3rd party ISV and their product won't be ready for 3.0 for
quite a few more months and I am trying to figure out our response to
clients who need this add-on and want CRM.
