how to remove from queue

Hi,
I have the following problem: I want to remove phonecalls from queue, but I
don't know how?

For e-mails the 'DetachFromQueueEmailRequest' class can be used. But how to
remove other entities then e-mails from queue, e.g. phonecalls?
