MS CRM 3.0 Laptop Client for Outlook: "Track in CRM" disabled

Hello,

on two of our eight Client installations of the Outlook Client the following problem occurs: everything works fine but whe a e-mail form the standard outlook directory is opened, the button bar with the buttons "track in crm" and "..." occur, but are disalbled.
If I use the function form the Outlook main window an error message occurs:

"Fehler beim Heraufstufen des dieses Elements zu MS CRM." (Sorry, we use the german version an I don't know the exact translation).

I have tried very much, but didn't find a solution so far. On our other client installations these buttons are enabled as they should. All users have the same profile. Testing on my computer, the buttons are enabled, even if I use one of the CRM-profiles form the PCs where the buttons are disabled. So it seems to be a computer based problem. I have de-installed and re-installed the outlook client several times, cleaning up the directories, registry entries and Outlook entries manually.

On every PC Outlook 2003 SP3 is installed. For the CRM Outlook cleint i applied Rollup 2.

Can anyone help me?
