Exclamation Session_End event doesn't catch by debugger

Hi all, Please can anyone help me to figure out why debugger doesn't catch the Session_End event. I have set the session timeout to 1 minute in web.config. Also i set a break point in the Session_End event. But when ever session Expires it wont come into this event. The break point doesn't convert to yellow. Please any idea?
