Hearing Instrument Manufacturers' Software Association, The (HIMSA)
Technology Centre Helps ISV Design Architecture of Next Generation Hearing Care Solution

HIMSA, the Hearing Instrument Manufacturers' Software Association, recently visited the new Microsoft Technology Centre (MTC) for Independent Software Vendor Development in Vedbaek, Denmark. The MTC is part of Microsoft’s investment to support software and application vendors in EMEA and ultimately contribute to growth, innovation and opportunity in the European software sector. During its visit to the MTC, HIMSA’s technical team met with Microsoft technology experts to learn about new developments in Microsoft® technologies and discuss how these innovations might contribute to HIMSA’s product strategy. Following its visit to the MTC, HIMSA has made significant changes to the architectural design and development plans for the next generation of its NOAH software. These changes will extend compatibility with evolving technologies, improve the efficiency of development and distribution cycles, increase support for distributor and channel partners, and provide easier access to better care for those with impaired hearing.
