migration of Bean tags to corresponding asp.net using c#

Hi,
this is my first time, i m posting 2 problems.I need ur help friends.

The problem is - I have to migrate the following java struts bean/Logic tags
to asp.net using c#.I think there are no corresponding tags in asp.net
so i need equal user control for these tags.

1. The Bean tags are --->





2. The Logic tags are-->



resent name="" property="" scope="" user="" />



expecting ur solutions.
