I have a doubt with respect to common language runtime. I know that the common language runtime would check the configuration files like the machine configuration file, the application configuration file and the publisher policy file while resolving the correct assembly to load. I have a doubt whether the common language runtime would also check the .NET configuration file while resolving the correct assembly to load. Kindly update me.
