Please Help - 2 Data Tables selection

Hi everyone.
I'm sorry but I really need a hand in my coding.
I've changed to project for here to make it simple.
I use Visual Studio 2005
My project is using Access file with 2 tables
For example only
EG project is a book store.

Table 1
CatagoryID = Auto gen number
CatagoryName = Text

Table 2
BookID = auto gen number
BookName = text
BookCat = Number
BookCost = Currency

In Access I've created a relationship (one CatID to many BookCat)

In project:
Simple form datagrid bound to table 2 (books)
Textbox under datagrid to display CatagoryName

How do you get the CatagoryName to display using a value in the other table to identify the catagory name from the other table - Using the line selected via the Datagrid?
