Host/Domain Check Fails 11i on RedHat AS 4.0

I am installing 11i on my Linux AS 4.0 and validate system configuration fails at Host/Domain Check.

Here's my /etc/sysconfig/network file
------------------------------------------------------
[root@mylx1 /]# cat /etc/sysconfig/network
NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=mylx1
[root@mylx1 /]#

and /etc/hosts file looks like
-----------------------------------------
[root@rklx1 /]# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.xxx.x.xxx mylx1

[root@mylx1 /]# hostname
mylx1
[root@mylx1 /]#

Can some one tell me what's wrong in here.
