CRM - T & M Labor schedule error
Hi,
I am trying to setup T&M;Labor Schedule. Navigation - resp: customer support (or) Service Manager nav: setup -> Charges -> T&M;Labor Schedule form name: CSXTMLBR Everytime I enter time - it gives api error. I have tried solution given on metalink...it says leave no gap—24/7...but still some problem. Anyone who has worked on this, please help me. Regards Meenakshi
