Objective Setting in Performance Appraisal
Hi All,
My query is related to Oracle Talent Management module. The current approval process during Objective Setting requires approval from immediate manager only. But, our client requirement is to make it two-level approval. Can anyone please help me how can we achieve this? We arent able to move ahead because of this. Many thanks in advance. Regards |
