Sales Lifecycle...
Hi friends,
I am a newbie in Oracle CRM and I want to know more about Oracle Sales or field sales, I am really confused about this. I want to know the lifecycle of sales, from the creation of lead to the placement of order. Like where does the order go after quote is placed for order, what all screens we access etc. Please help me, I am not getting this info anywhere. I hope I would know in this forum. Also I wanted to know the basic setups of CRM foundation like what CRM setups we do when oracle is freshly installed. I know there are userguide of Oracle, but i wanted a step-by-step presentation so that i could understand easily. Please help
