ORA-12154- TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified
I have installed oracle 11g database on my windows vista laptop and it works fine. But when I tried to connect 10g Forms and Reports with database it always shows error message ORA-12154- TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified. So, how can get out such terriable?
