Oracle HRMS

Suppose I wanted to go through the Performance Appraisal system to print off Mr A.But his performance appraisals and all his completed ones are deleted.But Mr A terminating today so this may be a reason for the deletion but I really need to see these appraisals and print them off.I would also like to know why they have disappeared.

Please answer this question.
