Easier Form Designing

I am with my hands on projects using PHP application. I like all the features and abilities in PHP except that I am facing a small backset. I am finding it hard with much process involved while designing my forms or screens using PHP.I like to have a graphical user interface which would make it easier to accomplish the form designing task. Is there any component or third party
interface I can use for this purpose with PHP.

Each language has its own advantages and limitations. You are right that graphical user interface is a limitation with respect to PHP which makes it harder to accomplish the form designing task as it is easier achieved in other visual studio applications. But when you compare the features and abilities of PHP with visual studio applications you have much more than those available
there. So you have to give some time on with the form designing task alone.
