postion and employee relationship

kindly i want to ask twi question s
1-how i can assign a certain emplyee at a child postion to another certain employee at a parent postion ?
2- when i at a chid postion i report to a parent postion is i report to the primary emplyee at the parent postion or i can choose any employee at the parent postion and if i can choose any emplyee at the parent postion how i make that at siebel .

1. Position & Employee has M:M relation and you have to set these things in Administration - Group screen. There may be several employees assigned to same positon and one will be the Primary employee assigned.

2. I don't understand the question, Please give it clear.
