SARM - Diagnosing performance

Hi,I am doing a bit of research for the firm I work for, on how to apply SARM in identifying performance issues in Siebel (Applications). I am new to SARM and have limited knowledge of Siebel. Following is the issue I am having:
I run sarm analyzer tool and get the csv file and based on that get records having bad performance (their duration is too long, for e.g. 10secs)..as below:
SarmID|| AreaDesc|| SubAreaDesc|| Duration1||Application Server ||Request Receipt (sessID SeqID)|| 2485.264
How do I go forward from here…I mean, how do you use the information in the csv file of bad performing records to pin point where the problem is.The way forward may be straight forward but I have limited knowledge of siebel so am struggling a bit…
This is what I am thiking…for each area (instrumentation) different sort of data is provided…and we need to use this information to narrow where the problem is…for e.g. for “Build Web Page” area…you get the following data…so I am presuming I can give the combination of area name, area sub name and appstr1 (view and applet names) to the developer and he should be able to figure out what the issue is…..(please correct me if I am wrong)…
AreaDesc|| SubAreaDesc|| AppStr1|| AppStr2|| AppInt1|| AppInt2|| ThreadID|| RootID|| ParentSarmID|| Duration(MiliSecs)Build Web Page|| Build View Data|| Home Page View (WCC)|| Blank||0||0||3168||38888||38888|| 7.038
But I am stuck on how you would do similar diagnosis with other areas…like with “Application Server”, I get the following data
AreaDesc|| SubAreaDesc|| AppStr1|| AppStr2|| AppInt1|| AppInt2|| ThreadID|| RootID|| ParentSarmID|| Duration(MiliSecs)
Application Server||Request Receipt (sessID SeqID)||Blank||Blank||56416||2||3892||1||0|| 2485.264
How can I use this information to pinpoint what is going wrong with the Siebel application….
And similarly with other areas…how do I use the information in the csv file to sort out performance issues…..
