Tiers not changing when processing - Siebel Loyalty

We have problem with eLoyalty Processing Engine - Tier component, where when we run this manually, even though it seems completed sucssfully it didn't move the Tier of One member from Default to the eligible one. When we looked into the Tasks --> Log in the application the log is empty and nothing is displayed there.

But, earlier we did the same in the Pre-Prod environment and it ended successfully and moved the same Member's tier from Default to the right tier as expected.
