How to cluster non-correlated pattern?

Dear all,
my collegues and I are dealing with human movement analysis signals,
in particular we are studying trajectories of a point attached to a
leg as seen from different reference systems (more than 200).

We are searching a subcluster of curves (at least 10) that are
non-correlated within each other (or with a minimal correlation).

Can you help us finding a technique that allows clustering
non-correlated patterns?

Thank you
