Hi
I am new to design patterns and architecture of software development. I want to study the basics of software architecture and design pattern from basic to the advance level. Kindly suggest me the site which can give the basic information with the elaborative examples(or book) Thanks in advance Regards Karan

The Unified Software Development Process by Ivar Jacobson, Grady Booch, James Rumbaugh This above book how to use the UML effectively for design patterns of software development.
