About System process in task manager

Hi, I am using Load runner tool to test Performance of my application, While testing, in task manager System Process utilizing 40 to 50% of cpu utilization, can any one say me actuallly what system process and what is it utilizing?

Can i say that my application is taking file read /write operation in process.
Please answer me
