I have a excel sheet in which i have to write my test cases.
The sheet contains many field like. module name, feature name, feature area, component, sub component, test condition, test area, test data, test procedure, excepted result. etc.

Can you plz give me an example of a particular test case for this application.

Plz check below and plz tel me is it a right test case? Plz see below.

Module Name-Trend Micro Office Scan Client.
Featue Area-Scanning
Feature Name-Manual Scanning
Component-
Sub Component-
Test Condition-Scan manually, rather than waiting for periodic checkup(once in a week).

Test Procedure-

"Step 1: To do a manual scan, right-click on OfficeScan icon at the system tray.
Execute the OfficeScan Main from the Menu Taskbar."
Step 2: Select OfficeScan Main. You will see the drives available on your PC.
"Step 3: Put ticks on the drives / directories that you want to scan.
Click on the Scan Drives button to proceed with the scan.
Clean the virus if found."

Expected Result-Office Scan Client Dialogue Box should come with some messages.
