Smile how to write a System Test Plan using BRD

Hi Friends,

In our project we need to prepare a System Test Plan, we have BRD (Business Req. doc) with us, I am aware that with BRD we usually write test scenarios, test cases, in this case there is a major change to the system ,so they want to develop some test artifact. Please guide.

Can anybody send a Template of System Test plan which we can use.

Thanks for your time.

The main aspects you have to concentrate in your system test plan with respect to test artifact are namely:
Test scripts
Test data
Test software
Test hardware

You must also cover teams track dependencies and relationships among test assets in your system test plan.
