Take a look at TestMaker by PushToTest
There is a community version and an Enterprise version. It runs 15 different scripting languages and allows you to take recorded scripts from Selenium or soapUI scripts, data enable them to pass variables and re-use the same scripts for regression and load testing as well as performance monitoring. With 5.3, you can run your tests on cloud technology such as EC2. Cool stuff.

I have experience with using Load Runner and JMeter. The downside is JMeter does not offer as many reporting tools and conveniences as Load Runner. If we take price JMeter is good choice I feel.
