Running Index Tuning Wizard / Database Engine Tuning Advisor
Dear Friends

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between Running Index Tuning Wizard also known as ITW and Database Engine Tuning Advisor? Are both one and the same. Please provide me more information on DTA. I am using SQL Server 2005, Is it compulsory to use DTA Tool. How best can I make use of it and where?
