Help to Correct Corrupted Page
I noticed corrupted page in the leaf level of sysindexes. Is it possible to repair this and put it back in good shape? Kindly suggest a method for putting the sysindexes leaf level back to original.

You have said that you have noticed corrupted page in the leaf level of sysindexes. For your question of whether you could repair this and put it back in good shape the answer is NO. We cannot correct corrupted page in the leaf level of sysindexes. This is because information pertaining to the leaf level of sysindexes is all system related objects, indexes like sysindexes, sysobjects and so this information cannot be got again from anywhere once it gets corrupted.
