sir, I am student of MCA (1st year) and I don't have above 60% consistency since 10th in my profile,but I have a very strong hand on c,data structure and operating system.so my ques is thatis there companies who doesn't have the criteria of 60% or who select the student on skills

if u have basic skills correct and u have deep knowledge of what u will be doing then i guess most companies will hire . Very few compnaies have policies to recruit only first class students. If u can do ur work good there is no problem either for u not be taken

Qualifications are great, but just as important is experience. If you can get experience with projects and show results that will count a lot when going for a job. The internet offers great exposure to get involved in projects, bid as a freelancer and win jobs, do things for free if need be, be willing to start in a lesser position and work your way up. If you have the skills it wont take long.
