What do u consider while writing test cases?

Hi Friends!

Plz help me on this!

Wat exactly are the points that you keep in consideration while writing a test case for a particular requirement specification? I mean suppose u have a requirement specification for an application and you are told to write a test case for that. Then wat r the points that u will consider while writing a test case for that?
