How to create Access database(design of tables) and update automatically from QTP datable

Hi there. I am a beginner in QTP. i have few questions that i have no idea how to do. I am trying to create a database in access and update database using QTP automatically. I have this datatable in my QTP here with a lot of rows( price, net change, percentage and etc..) each column represent date of the capture data in column. my questions are:-
How do i enter data from qtp datatable into Access database?
How do i create a database with Access(i mean the design of the tables in Access?
