If you surf the web or do business online, then it is important for you to protect your password. Many people rely on their passwords to provide security against hackers and other thief’s online. Today million of people divulge personal information such as credit cards, social security numbers and bank accounts. If you don’t protect your password correctly, you can be giving your information away. Here are some tips.
Make sure that your password is changed on a regular basis. Whether it is once a week, or once a month, don’t keep your password active for long periods of time so that hackers can gain access to your accounts and control them for long periods of time. Make sure that you pick difficult passwords. Don’t create a password that is password and make sure you use both letters and numbers in it. Most passwords are case sensitive, so create difficult passwords using upper and lower case letters. Try not to pick passwords that are legitimate words. Many hackers run a program that has a dictionary of words to easily find poorly created passwords. The cardinal rule is to keep your password to yourself. Do not share passwords with others. Most people will not care for your password as good as you will. So if you want a safer and securer online environment use password protection.

I very agree to the admin. Keeping your password safe is a must when you are dealing in the internet. Don't associate you password with your name or your birthday for it is very much easy to guess.
Make a combination of small and capital letter with numbers. Write it down so that if ever you have forgotten it, you will have a record of it. |
