H1-B Stamping
Hello Sir,
I recently appeared for a F2 visa and got rejected under section 212(A)(4) clause on Jan 10th. My husband is on F1 working on his Phd in Oklahoma state university since 2002 whose receives assistanship (100% waiver), estimated at $27,271 per annum. I am currently working as an Associate Tech Lead in CMM level 5 company for 5 years. I've total 6 years expereince in software industry. My H1-B is approved last week under premium processing. My qualification is B.E electrical & electronics engg from GITAM,Andhra University,India. For appearing H1-B visa What are the questions can I get it? Here are my concerns : 1) What type of questions can I expect from the counsulate regarding F2 visa rejection? 2) What is the best reason to tell the counsulate for the question of "why you want to return back" ? My husband completes his course by next year and I am planning to live with my family in India. My family includes my mother and father also. I give respect to my family relations than anything else. Is it good? 3)Is it required any property on my name, I dont have any assests in India? I have LIC and ICICI prudential bonds the sum assured around 1 lakh and i can show the bank balance 3 lakhs. |
