H1B Transfer
I working for one organization in India and I hold H1B Visa which I got from the company. My visa Validity still one more year only (Two year i havn't used).
I want to know the formal procedure to transfer H1B visa to other company or consultants before entering in US first time. Once I get the transfer, I will resign in the current company. Please Help me
