Is Indecent exposure in public place is CIMT

i)Is "Indecent exposure in public place Sec. 18.2-387, VA Criminal
USA)" is CIMT

ii) How much access Immigration judge will have to the details of my
conviction case?

iii) Any other cases besides Matter of H‑, 7 I. & N. Dec. 301 (BIA
1956), Michigan Law; Matter of Mueller, 11 I. & N. Dec. 268 (BIA 1965),
Wisconsin Law. in refernce of Indecent exposure is NOT a CIMT.

iv) What could be highlighted in "language in the Virginia statute
which can be interpreted that indecent exposure is not CIMT.

v) 9 FAM 40.21(a) N2.3-3 is only limitted to visa issuance or also
apply on US immigration court laws as well?

vi) Divisibility clause can be point of defence ?

vii) ANY case in united states can be used as defence or it has to be
in the state where applicant lives or convicted ?
