is CSS related to this topic ? as i cant see it anywhere else , i am looking for some help with CSS so i can code my own forum skin. i find help step by step is much easier to learn than reading a tutorial , because when reading a tutorial you get bored , but when reading it off someone step by step , it is much more exciting and you can take more in.

hey.. is it true that you can make a pure css web site? with graphics, borders, colors and all.. coz ive seen one but not able to make it..
