Well you have a lot of resources for that on the internet. But Listamatic is my favourite.

There are lots of refrence online itself . Just google for some and u will find some great tutorials on Css. I would suggest u to start from www.w3schools.com. They are best for begineers.

thanks.. ill go read that one later..

but i have a question.. can u make a pure CSS web page?

some designer friends of mine think so.. but they never really tries it.. they say it will really have to be hard..

any thoughts?

PURE CSS?? No, please CSS is a Stylesheet FOR HTML, it will do nothing by itself.

Its not hard, its dead easy. I learnt HTML and CSS within about a week when I started, and I learnt it all alone from the net - I was 15 at that time - so you see, its really easy.
