UMPC Review

Gadget fiends will already know, but for the rest of you, UMPC stands for Ultra Mobile PC. Microsoft, Intel and hardware makers such as Samsung are making great little PCs about the size of a paperback that you can store your photos, music, video on, as well as connect to the internet and email. This new site from Intel explains the concept behind the new devices, and shows you pictures of some of the prototypes. We found the site very slow to load, especially the video, but according to the forum on the site, this is being addressed. It’s a basic site, but still a decent introduction.
