To add to this discussion I have given below some prerequisites for carrying out the dual-boot configuration.
The first main requirement needed for carrying out dual-boot configuration to install Windows Vista along with existing XP operating system is the second partition on user existing hard disk or a second hard disk in their system. The space that must be available in this second partition on hard disk or secondary hard disk must be a minimum of 20 GB to 40 GB of space to carry out the process of dual-boot configuration. This is a very interesting discussion going on. I have got the prerequisites as suggested by Ralph. Can you guide me the steps for carrying out the dual-boot configuration. I am waiting eagerly to carry out the process. |
